A Shaftwall CT Stud is a type of metal framing stud used in the construction of shaft walls—vertical enclosures in buildings that house plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems. The CT stud is specifically designed for use in shaft wall assemblies to provide structural support and stability to the enclosure. Shaftwall CT studs are manufactured from galvanized steel, which protects them against rust and corrosion, making them strong and durable. The Shaftwall CT Stud Roll Forming Machine is a high-precision, fully automated roll-forming solution specifically developed for producing high-strength CT-shaped shaftwall studs used in elevator shaft enclosures, partition walls, and service shaft framing systems in modern construction projects.
This integrated production line is based on a continuous cold roll-forming process, in which galvanized steel strip is gradually formed into standard CT stud profiles through multiple sets of precision, heat-treated roller assemblies. Automatic decoiling, precision feeding, straightening, punching, continuous forming, hydraulic cutting to preset lengths, and automatic discharge are integrated into a single production flow, eliminating material wrinkling, profile deformation, and dimensional inaccuracies during production. Equipped with an advanced PC-based control system, the machine achieves a forming tolerance within ±0.1 mm, ensuring excellent profile consistency, flatness, and assembly compatibility during subsequent shaft wall installation.

The Punching Station is used to punch holes before the roll-forming process. It generally consists of a metal tool that is forced through the material to create the required hole or shape.
The Roll Former is used to create uniform and continuous bends in metal materials. It works by passing a strip of material through a series of rollers that gradually bend and form the material into the required profile.


The Hydraulic Cutting Unit is used to produce smooth and clean cuts, reducing the need for additional finishing operations. It is typically operated through a control panel that allows the operator to adjust the cutting speed and pressure according to the material being processed.
