DESCRIPTION

Mezzanine Shelving Closed-Section Upright Roll Forming Line is custom-built for manufacturing closed-section uprights used in mezzanine shelving systems. It integrates uncoiling, straightening, servo feeding, precision punching, continuous cold roll forming and flying shear cutting into one complete workflow. Controlled by PLC and HMI system, the line operates steadily with high dimensional precision and uniform hole positioning. The closed-profile upright features outstanding structural rigidity and superior load-bearing capacity, fully meeting the heavy-load requirements of multi-level mezzanine storage. It mainly processes galvanized steel and cold-rolled steel, and supports customized section sizes and punching patterns. It is premium equipment for mass production of industrial mezzanine rack components.

Punching unit is used to punch holes before roll forming. It typically consists of a metal tool that is propelled with force through the material to create the desired hole or shape.

Roll former is used to create uniform, continuous bends in metal materials. It works by passing a strip of material through a series of rollers that gradually bend and form the material into its desired shape. If necessary, it can be designed with a replaceable cassette for quick-change type.

A laser welder is used to join materials together using a concentrated beam of light. The laser beam is directed at the desired welding spot and generates intense heat, causing the material to melt and fuse together.

Saw cutting unit is used for cutting closed profiles. This unit typically consists of a sharp disc that rotates at high speed to make precise and clean cuts through the material.
