DESCRIPTION

Clinched Shelf Deck Production Line for Mezzanine Shelving is dedicated to manufacturing clinched shelf decks for industrial mezzanine shelving. It combines uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, precision punching, continuous roll forming, online clinching, bending and fixed-length cutting into one integrated workflow. Equipped with PLC and HMI intelligent control system, the line operates steadily with high machining accuracy. The clinched joint features outstanding connection strength and structural rigidity, fully meeting the heavy-load and long-term service requirements of multi-tier mezzanine storage. It works with cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel, and supports custom panel dimensions and clinching positions. It is ideal equipment for mass production of mezzanine shelf components.

Punching unit is used to punch holes before roll forming. It typically consists of a metal tool that is propelled with force through the material to create the desired hole or shape.

Roll former is used to create uniform, continuous bends in metal materials. It works by passing a strip of material through a series of rollers that gradually bend and form the material into its desired shape. Width is auto adjustable.

Servo bending unit utilizes servo motor technology to control the bending process with precision and consistency. This unit is equipped with adjustable settings and easily programmable features, allowing for a wide range of bending angles and shapes to be achieved.
